Eligibility for Return or Refund We do not accept returns as we sell non-tangible, digitally delivered software keys. However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

1. Invalid or Non-Functional Product Key

   • The license key provided is not working or has already been used.

   • You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

   • Our technical team will verify the claim using Microsoft’s PID checker and other verification tools.

   • If found valid, a replacement will be issued first. If replacement fails, a refund will be processed.

2. Duplicate Order

   • If you've accidentally placed a duplicate order, please report it immediately before activation.

   • Verified duplicate orders are refundable within 7 days of purchase.

3. Key Not Delivered

   • If you do not receive your product key within 72 hours, and it is not in your spam/junk folder, please contact support.

   • If confirmed as undelivered, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• You purchased the wrong product, edition, or version.

• You changed your mind after key delivery.

• Your system or PC is incompatible with the software.

• The product key has already been activated or used.

• Internet connectivity, OS corruption, or third-party software issues.

Refund Processing

• If approved, refunds are processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.

• We do not offer refunds to alternate payment sources.

Replacement Process

• Report any issues with your product key by emailing support@microsoft-store.in.

• Our team will respond within 24 hours and resolve the case within 2–3 business days.

• In most valid cases, replacements are prioritized over refunds.
